után, Bude ...... p. Urbani. II. Ulászló király. Közli vele, hogy a török császár fia Nesthe Feyerwar várát ostromolja, melynek elvesztése az országra nagy veszélyt jelent. Meghagyja neki, hogy a rendelkezésre álló sereg felét küldje el Váradra, ahova más csapatok is érkeznek. Eredeti, papír, missilis, keltezés helyén 5 sor csonka.
