Palocz-i László comes országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Tamás testvér, a nyulakszigeti Szt. Mihály monostor prépostja, Szt. Mihály nyolcadától 42 napon át hiába várt személyesen az országbíró ítélőszéke előtt a budai felhévizi, a Szentlélekről elnevezett egyház szegényeivel szemben, azok az országbíró halasztó oklevele alapján nem jelentek meg, hogy feleljenek a Pilismegyében, a pilisi apátság szomszédságában, Pazanduk faluban lévő, malom statitutiojánál történt ellenmondás miatt, azért bírságban marasztalja el őket. - Zárópecsét helyével.
