A váci káptalan jelenti Albert királynak, hogy Bathor-i István comes országbírónak Bálint Saagh-i prépost javára és Palahtha-i Péter ellen kiadott idéző levele alapján Berneche-i Péter királyi emberrel Benedek mester kanonoktársát küldte ki, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember ápr. 14-én Palahta-i Pétert Palahta nevű birtokán Bálint préposttal szemben Szent György nyolcadára - máj. 1.-a király elé idézte. - Záró pecsét töredékeivel. VÁCI KÁPTALAN
