A győri káptalan előtt Thard-i Benedek fia Bálint a testvérének: Gergelynek fiai: Benedek és Mikls terhét is magára vállalva saját és elődei lelkiüdvéért, továbbá a Szent Mihály arkangyal iránti tiszteletből a Chorna mezővárosban vagy birtokon lévő épületnélküli jobbágykuriahelyét, mely az ottani, ősei által alapított Szent Mihály-monostorházának kapuja előtt kelet felé fekszik, a keartet kivéve a fenti monostornak, prépostjának és az ottani barátoknak adja.
