Gottfrid Herbipolis-i /Würzburg-i/ püspök és a keleti ”Francia” hercege, Arenstein-i Koch Hernrikhez. Engedélyt ad neki arra, hogy bármelyik érsektől vagy püspöktől felvehesse az egyházi kisebb rendeket és a subdyaconatus, Dyaconatus és presbiteratus nagyobb egyházi rendeket, ha máskülönben nem áll fenn valamely akadály.
