A budai káptalan jelenti László királynak, hogy megkapta Palocz-i László comes országbírónak 1456. ápr. 2-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot és idézést elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Gyemerew-i Mihály királyi emberrel Ardo-i Benedek mester kanonoktársát küldte ki, akik ápr. 6-án Pest megyében nyomozva mindent a jelentésnek megfelelőnek találtak, mire a királyi ember a nevezett Myarasapath-i dLászlót Mende nevü birtokán az exponensekkel szemben Szent György nyolcadára - máj. 1. - a király elé idézte. - Zárlatán pecsét nyomaival.
