A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent színe előtt kanonoktársuk: Somlyo-i Demeter mester és az úbudai apácák nevében bemutatta előttük az óbudai királynéi város patens oklevelét, kérve annak szóról-szóra és privilegilais formában való átírását. A káptalan a kérést mindenben teljesíti és a bemutatott oklevelet az apácák részére szóról-szóra árírja privilegialis formában. Eredeti, hártya. Függő pecsét. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
