A pozsonyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Hwnyad-i János kormányzónak 1450. okt. 24-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt, statutiot elrendelő, titkos pecsétjével ellátott oklevelét, melynek értelmében Zyl-i György kormányzói emberrel Zempcz-i Ferenc kanonoktársát küldte ki, akik nov. 4-én kiszálltak Gesth, Paldi, Bolelraz és Newstypth pozsony megyei birtokokhoz és a szomszédok meghívása mellett a kormányzói ember bevezette az apácákat a nevezett birtokok tulaljdonába az őket megillető jogon anélkül, hogy bárki is ellentmondott volna. A megjelent szomszédok: Nicolao Sworh iudice de Wedred, altero Nicolao Ibor iudice et Osvaldo iurato de Maythe, item Georgio Thanchos iudice de Zenthabran, et nobilibus Georgio Fekethe et Ladislao Cheh de Kysmaczed, item Michaele Pehem iudice de Villa nucum Thewtonicali, et Laurantio Olah ac Stephano iudicibus de Golczspah, necnon nobilibus Georgio Farkas de Korumpa et Martino de Spaczya.
