A budai káptalan bizonyítjy, hogy Fok-i István literatus, az óbudai, a B.Szűzről elnevezett apácaklastrom procuratora az apácák nevében eltiltotta előtte Albert királyt és Erzsébet királynét a pilismegyei Felhévizeken lévő, a Szent Lélek egyháza mellett fekvő malomnak, amely őket teljes joggal megilleti, az eladományozásától, Zereti Mihályt pedig és másokat annak elfoglalásától és javainak a használatától. - Hátán pecsét helyével.
