Albert király visszaadja az óbudai apácáknak azt a budai felhévízen lévő három malmot, melyet Zsigmond király adományozott az apácáknak cserébe és halála után azokat tőlük Orzagh Mihály királyi főkincstárnok familiárisa, a budai királyi várban a királyi tárnoki házban lakó Zaz Miklós hatalmaskodva elfoglalt és meghagyja egyben a nevezetteknek, hogy a malmokat az apácáknak adja vissza. Szöveg alatt kitöredezett piros viaszú rányomott pecsét. ALBERT KIRÁLY
