Somogy megye jelenti Mária királynőnek, hogy parancsára a megye egyik szolgabírája kiszállt Banya villába és ott megállapította, hogy a fehérvári prépostság nem szolgáltatott igazságot a nyulak-szigeti apácák Igal-i jobbágyainak, akiktől a prépostság Banya-i jobbágyai 11 ökröt vittek el és több jobbágyot megvertek.
