3. d. prohibic. antedicte. A pozsonyi káptalan tanúsítja, hogy mikor Marchamagyar-i Tamás fia Mihály a káptalan embere jelenlétében a király parancsa értelmében Balase fia Jakabot be akarta iktatni a Challoukaz districtusban levő Kenderfelde-i birtokrészbe, az óbudai apácák nevében az apácák tisztje, Lapasy-i Péter ellentmondott. Hasonlóképpen Jakab is tiltakozott a nevezett földbe vetett gabonát illetve a földön levő vetéseket illetően.
