Buda Corp. Christi. Erzsébet királynő Kosa fia Peterman Óbuda polgárának és örököseinek adományoz egy felhévizi (in Calidis Aquis) malomhelyet a budai Szent Lélek (johannita) rendház közelében két felhévizi malom között olyan kikötéssel, hogy február 22-étől kezdve (Kathedra Petri) évente 3 köböl (garleta) gabonát vagy abból készült lisztet kell adniok a királynőnek, illetve óbudai várának (castro nostre de Weteri Buda).
