Wysegrad. Sedecimo die octav. Jacobi. Scepus-i Jakab országbíró, miután a nyulakszigeti apácák által bemutatott IV. Béla király 1267-ben kelt privilégiumából megállapítja, hogy a komáromi várhoz tartozott Zalonchazakalus villát Béla király az apácáknak adományozta és az nem vári udvarnokföld többé, azt örök jogon az apácáknak ítéli oda.
