A szekszárdi konvent Bebek István országbíró parancsára kiküldte hiteles emberét Miklós papot, akinek jelenlétében Beren-i Tamás királyi ember a nyulak-szigeti apácák nevében Bechench birtok területén tiltotta Miklós fia Jánost attól, hogy - minthogy per áll fenn közte és az apácák között - használja a szóbanforgó birtokot.
