A budai káptalan előtt óbudai (de veteri Buda) Chunth fia Pál fia Mihály a maga és anyja, Katalin nevében előadta, hogy szavatosság vállalása mellett 100 forintért eladta az ugyancsak óbudai Német (Theutonicus) Konrádnak egy óbudai telkét minden haszonvételével és tartozékával és a rajta lévő épületekkel egyetemben. Az eladott telek Konrád telkének szomszédságában fekszik. Eredeti, felső szélén ABC-chirographum, hártya, vörös selyemzsinóron függőpecsét.
