10. mensis dec. Erzsébet királyné az óbudai klarissza kolostornak adja az évente 240 aranyforintot jövedelmező óbudai révet, valamint a téli halászat jövedelmét. A fenti jövedelmeket korábban rokonának, az Opuliai herceg leányának, Kunigundának adta, akit azokért cserébe a Szent Jakab falvi (in villa Suncti Jacobi) név jövedelmével kárpótol, melyet Kunigunda élete végéig birtokolt, halála után pedig a kolostorra száll.
