Bebek István országbíró tanúsítja, hogy a Nyulak szigeti apácák procuratora, István fia Miklós mester hiába várakozott perbeli ellenfelére, Aracha-i (Zala megye) Gergelyre, a pécsi püspök mohácsi officiálisára, aki sem maga nem jelent meg, sem famulusait, Kis Gergelyt és Nehez Jánost nem küldte el. Az országbíró bírságban marasztalja el az officiálist, ha nem tudja magát kimenteni.
