A budai káptalan előtt Pethe fia Jakab óbudai hospes előadta, hogy kötelezettség vállalása mellett 20 forintért eladott Erzsébet királynénak egy birtokrészt, mely a királyné által alapított klarissza kolostor szomszédságában, Chunth fia Mihály telkének szomszédságában, Óbuda területén fekszik.
