A budai káptalan előtt Sambuk-i Márton fia Jakab, valamint felesége, Lesták fia László leánya, Margit és leányaik, Ilona és Anna az óbudai klarisszák procuratorának, László deáknak jelenlétében előadták, hogy 60 forintért elzálogosították az apácáknak Pilis megyei Bekasmeger területén lévő birtokukat minden haszonvételével és tartozékával együtt. 2 db eredeti példány + 2 db egyszerű másolat (XVIII. századi) + 1 db 1741. évi hiteles másolat. Hártya, + papír + papír. Az eredetik hátlapján rányomott pecsét töredéke + a hiteles másolaton rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Trostovszky) BUDAI KÁPTALAN
