Dom. Letarae. A budai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Gelse-i Chapou fia, András, fia, László, lánya, Magyar (dictus) Pál mester felesége, Margit asszony a Bodrog megyében fekvő Aduvyan nevű két possessióját a Boldogságos Szűz Klastrom apácáinak adományozta. Eredeti, felül ABC chirographummal, hártya, piros zsinóron függőpecsét.
