oct. Georgii. A pozsonyi káptalan előtt Januk-i Péter fia Domonkos fia Miklós előadta, hogy összesen 160 bécsi dénár márkáért (160 marcis monete decem pensis computando) minden haszonvételével és tartozékával elzálogosította Streuz Merhardus comes, pozsonyi polgárnak valamennyi birtokát, többek között a Challoukuz-ben lévő Felső és Alsó Januk, a Palyazuo-i Kurmusd és Tolueyfelde birtokot, mely utóbbinak területén egy Szűz Mária tiszteletére szentelt kőből épült templom van és ezeket a birtokokat nem tudja visszaváltani.
