A budai káptalan előtt Lytoldus fia Miklós óbudai hospes egyfelől, Nemeth dictus János királynéi udvari vitéz Erzsébet királyné nevében másfelől megjelenve, Lytoldus fia Miklós vallja, hogy egy apjától örökölt telkét Óbudán (in Veteri Buda) Tamás fia András és Byrow dictus György telkei szomszédságában az összes rajta levő fa- és kőépületekkel Erzsébet királynénak 40 budai márkáért eladta.
