Fabiani et Sebastiani. A váradi káptalan előtt Nagy (magnus) Bene, váradi polgár fia Péter, budai cantor kanonok a saját és prokurátorként atyja és atyafiai: János és Benedek nevében is Debrechen-i Péternek, aki nővérét feleségül vette, adományozza a vele adott hozományt, azonfelül a Várad területén lévő Potkan Jacab nevű szőlőt és három malomkő jövedelmének nyolcad részét.
