Demeter váradi püspök a pestisben elhalt Márton ”de vico Venecia vocato” jobbágy fiának, Babos Jánosnak, Kalacha-i tizedszedőjének, Venecia-n lévő telkét, valamint az Unlas hegyen és a Koachy fölötti hegyen (Biharban) lévő szőlőjét, amelyeket 30 márkáért korábban megszerzett, most Sebestyén fia Nagy (Magnus) Benedeknek, Huzyuozow-i és Tenke-i officiálisának aodmányozza.
