Buda. 12. d. oct. Martini. Bude. Pál országbíró előtt hosszú ideje per folyt Pongrác, a királyi udvar miles-e, valamint Pál királyi kocsikészítő fiai, Pál és Jakab között a Pilis megyei Kande birtok tualjdonjoga ügyében. Az országbíró I. Lajos király 1348. november 8-i oklevelének értelmében ítélet nélkül átadta a perelt birtokot Pál fia Jakabnak és Pálnak.
