II.Ulászló király a margitszigeti Szűz Mária-kolostor apácáinak képviseletében a személyes jelenlét előtt megjelent Szegedi /de Zegedino/ Tamás kérésére átírja I.Mátyás király 1471. február 17.-én kelt megerősítő levelét. - Jobb alsó sarokban: lecta. - Hátlapon középkori írással: hogy jobbattokat meg ne ytelhessek - Piros-fehér-zöld zsinór, a függőpecsét már hiányzik. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Köblös).
