I. Mátyás király az óbudai apácáknak procuratoruk, íródeákjuk és jószágigazgatójuk, Dormanhaza-i László mester révén előadott kérésére átírja és megerősíti Béla ifjabb király keltezetlen, valószínűleg 1231-ből származó, Marchareus ispán fia Tamás egykori bán birtokjogairól szóló oklevelét. - Hártya, foltos, lyukas, restaurált - Vörös selyemzsinóron függő resturált pecsét - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Trostovszky).
