András váradi püspök kiadvnya, mellyel megalapítja Váradon ”in vico de Venetiis” a minorita rendi Szent Klára apácamonostort, ennek jogokat és birtokokat adományoz, mégpedig a Bihar megyei Zeben és Sumugyi possessiókat, név szerint felsorolt szőlőket, malmokat és egyéb jogokat, valamint rendezi az apácák lelki gondozásának kérdését.
