Mwnczer /dictus/ János Buda város bírája és az esküttek bizonyítják, hogy Simon patikus budai polgár özvegye Dorottya kérésére Mátyás király 1475 máj. 14-én kelt parancsa értelmében gyermekeit: Ferencet és Agotát a város szokásjoga szerint bevezette annak a budai háznak a birtokába, mely nagy Fülöp és a zsemlyesütők háza között fekszik.
