in civitate nostra Budensi. in festo penthecostes. Mon. Vet. Bud. f. 19. nr. 26. Mátyás király Buda városhoz. Miután Miklós borbély fiának Lénártnak a házát, mely Buda városban a patikusok utcájában északról nagy Fülöp, délről a zsemlyesütők széke, keletről szemben Bornemissa Imre és nyugatról a mészárosok háza szomszédságában fekszik, minthogy az az olaszországi anconai Simon budai patikust megölte, ezen Simon gyermekeinek: Ferencnek és Ágotának adta, meghagyja, hogy a város szokása szerint iktassák be őket a ház birtokába. k MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
