A bácsi káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1468. nov. 17-én kelt parancsára Zewles-i Kelemen királyi ember Gwla-i Mihály mester kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Bodrog megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Maroth-i Mátyus macsói bánt a Sary birtokon lévő részén megidézte vízkereszt nyolcadára, (jan.13.) meghagyva neki jobbágyai előállítását. - Zárlatán pecsét nyomával.
