A budai káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1468 márc. 28-án kelt parancsára Thezer-i István királyi ember János pap a káptalani ker. Szent János-oltár igazgatója káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében megidézte Gerse-i Pethew Miklóst Martonwasara nevü birtokán oklevelei bemutatása és három márka bírság megfizetése végett. Eredeti, papíron. Zárlatán pecsét töredékével. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
