Mátyás király előtt Chemer-i Zay (....) és Buda-i Mod Mihály mivel a nyúlszigeti Szűz Mária kolostorban élő apácáknak a Buda és Pest városokban lévő vámját fogott bírák ítélete alapján ők szedték, nyugtatják az apácákat a vámszedés és mindazon okok felől, amelyeknek alapján a vámot szedték. - A szöveg alatt papírral fedett pecsét.
