Mátyás király a Herman frater pilisi apát, mint felperes, és az óbudai Szűz Mária kolostor apácái, mint alperesek között a Pest és Pilis megyék királyi gyűlésén folyó perben az apácák ügyvédvalló levelével megjelent Zynthe-i János kérésére az apácák részére átírja a budai káptalannak 1299-ben kelt, a Herman apát nevében megjelent Horhy-i Lénárt deák által felmutatott oklevelét. - Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes pecséttel.
