octavo die ferie quinte ante Invocavit. Mon. Poson. f. 49. n. 26. A somogyi konvent Mátyás királyhoz. Amikor 1473 febr. 10-én kelt parancsára Berky-i Kelemen királyi ember Miklós frater pap konventi kiküldött jelenlétében a nyulszigeti apácákat be akarta iktatni a Beelcz-i birtokrészbe, annak Vitus zágrábi prépost és Bothka-i János nevében familiarisuk: Berky /dictus/ Simon ellenmondott, amiért megidézték őket Szent György nyolcadára.
