Mátyás király az óbudai Szűz Mária-kolostor apácái által Nyarasapath-i György ellen az őő perhalasztó és budai káptealan vizsgálatról szóló és idézéséről szóló oklevele értelmében indított pert a prelatusok és bárók határozata alapján Szent Mihály nyolcadára /okt. 6./ halasztja.
