Rozgonyi János országbíró 1471 jan.20-án kelt parancsára Batha-i Vrban János királyi ember Tamás pap a káptalani Szent Miklós oltár igazgatója káptalani kiküldött a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Groff Jánsot, Zsigmondot, György özvegyét: Margitot és fiát: Pétert Madaras nevű birtokukon megidézte a panaszosok ellen Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.). - Zárlatán pecsét nyomával.
