A budai káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. Rozgonyi János országbíró 1471 jan.20-án kelt parancsára Vrban János királyi ember Tamás pap a káptalani Szent Miklós-oltár igazgatója káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Pozsony megyében vizsgálatot tartott, amely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Balázs Kele-i officialist Kele birtokon, Themeskezy-i Bálintot pedig Nemetfedemes birtokon megidézte az apácák ellen Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) meghagyva nekik nemtelen familiárisaik előállítását. - Zárlatán pecsét nyomával.
