Palocz-i László országbíró előtt az óbudai Szűz Mária-kolostor perjelnője: Anna és az apácák nevében Dormanhaza-i László deák tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Mátyus budai olvasókanonok quendam locum molendini ipsarum super calidis aquis prope Albam ecclesiam beate Marie virginis adiacentis Mátyás királytól felkérte és abba magát be akarja iktattatni, holott az apácákat a malomhely a szent királyok adománya folytán megilleti. Eltiltja a királyt az eladományozástól, Mátyus kanonokot pedig a felkéréstől, elfoglalástól és ott malom építésétől. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
