A váci káptalan jelenti László királynak, hogy megkapta Palocz-i László comes országbírónak 1456. ápr. 9-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot elreandelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Tharcha-i János királyi emberrel Werebel-i György mester kanonoktársát küldte ki a vizsgálat megejtésére, akik jul. 1-jén Pest megyében nyomozva mindent a jelentésnek megfelelőnek találtak. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomaival. - A szöveg alatt jobbra: Lecta.
