A székesfehérvári káptalan előtt Miklós keresztes a székesfehérvári Szt.István egyház custosa eltiltja V. László királyt attól, hogy a keresztesek Thymar birtokát Thymary-nak mondott Josa-nak és Simonnak adja, akiket pedig a birtokadomány kérésétől tilt el. - Hátlapján ovális pecsét töredéke.
