Payor-nak mondott János székesfehérvári polgár és Erzsébet, a felesége a székesfehérvári kereszteseknek adja Dws-i birtokrészét Szt. István király iránti tiszteletből azzal, hogy a keresztesek évente tartoznak az adományozók élete végéig 4 1/2 székesfehérvári mérő, amit Weka-nak mondanak, búzát adni. - Szöveg alá nyomott felzetes pecsét.
