Az országnagyok Zsigmond keresztes praeceptor panaszára megparancsolják Tolna megyének, hogy Bersegy-i Kis (parvus) Kelement, Gywrke-i várnagyot ne védjék, sőt törekedjenek kizárni azokból a birtokokból amelyeket um. Fad, Warasd, Gyand és Halazy, a székesfehérvári keresztesektől foglalt el július 23-án, miután azokat a birtokokat a keresztesek visszakapták a pesti végzések értelmében. - Szöveg alá nyomott töredékes pecsét.
