A veszprémi káptalan jelenti Héderváti Lőrinc nádornak, hogy Chygler-i Frank nádori ember és Gregorius de Civitate kanonok a nádor parancsára március 25-én vizsgálatot tartva megállapították, hogy Zenthgywrgh-i Vincz Bálint fia István elfoglalta a székesfehérvári keresztes konvent Izka birtokát, amibe a kereszteseket a budai káptalan vezette be, miután Istvántól előzőleg azt visszaszerezték. - Hátlapján kerek zárópecsét nyoma.
