Kalocsai káptalan Hédervári Lőrinc nádorhoz. A nádor parancsára Aba-i Fábián fia Bálint nádori ember és Balázs kanonok március 22-én vizsgálatot tartva megállapították, hogy a székesfehérvári káptalan, Benedek prépost és Szerémi /de Serimio/ Imre cantor elfoglalták a keresztesek Barch, másnéven Zenthbarbaraazon birtokát és az ugyanott, Celum folyón lévő két malmát. Hátlapján ovális zárópecsét nyoma. KALOCSAI KÁPTALAN
