prope Albam. 5. d. II. a. Georgii. Kont Miklós nádor április 22-én Székesfehérvár mellett tartott generalis congregation Domonkos keresztes Donát praeceptor nevében is azt állította, hogy a székesfehérvári keresztesek Feulchuth-i birtokrészét Benedek fia Chomorag, Kelemen fia, Iwan fia, Balázs, Fülöp fia Sebeuk, Miklós fia Briccius, Buge fia István, Chaze fia János, János fia Lucasius, Simon fia János elfoglalták. Miklós fia Briccius a többi nemes nevében is viszont azt állította, hogy a Feulchuth-i birtokrészt már Szt. István óta nemesek módjára birtokolják, Domonkos keresztes igazolásukra okleveles bizonyítást ígért, amit augusztus 1-jén köteles bemutatni.
