A székesfehérvári keresztes konventek Dws birtokba való beiktatásánál történt ellentmondás miatt - leírva az eddigi perfázisokat - megidézteti Payor János, székesfehérvári polgárt és Bathyan-i György fia Albertet, augusztus 1-jére. Eredeti, papírja szakadt, hátlapján zárópecsét nyoma.
