IV. a. Laurentii. I. Lajos király nagypecsétes patensének értelmében Zabow-i Márton fia Péter királyi ember és Tamás pap, a Szt. Demeter oltár igazgatója által a káptalan be akarván iktatni Baudonus Cornutus-t, keresztes perjelt augusztus 4-én, de Zenthlazlou-i Domonkos fia Miklós Zenthlazlou-i birtokrészének elfoglalását és a keresztesek Wduarhel birtokának használatát eltiltotta.
