Bude. 20. d. Iacobi. Perényi Imre nádor a Felchwth-i Balassa Benedek által képviselt székesfehérvári keresztes konventtel szemben elmarasztalja a Fayz-i nemeseket, mivel azok jogtalanul lekaszálták a keresztesek Fejér megyei Solt széki Halazy birtokán lakó jobbágyainak a rétjét, s e vád alól nem tisztázták magukat esküvel.
